We may use or help configure a range of tools. Here is what that means for you.

Third-Party Tools

LocalFlow Systems may use or help configure third-party tools such as Framer, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Make.com, Zapier, Tally, Fillout, Airtable, Calendly, TidyCal, Canva, Printify, Shopify, Etsy, Stripe, Square, chatbot tools, AI tools, and other approved platforms. Each tool is subject to its own pricing, terms, and privacy policy. LocalFlow Systems is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing and approving content, keeping their own accounts secure, paying third-party software fees when required, managing access permissions, reviewing AI-generated content before use, following applicable laws, handling their own customer data responsibly, and letting LocalFlow Systems know when business processes change.

SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, forms, booking pages, or client intake systems, you agree that LocalFlow Systems or the business you contacted may send text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, quote, service request, follow-up, reminders, or customer support. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Phone Number Privacy

SMS consent is not shared or sold. Phone numbers are used only for communication, follow-up, reminders, support, or services requested. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at hello@localflowsystems.ca.

Terms of Service

Services are provided based on the agreed project scope, package, setup fee, monthly support plan, and any approved add-ons. Services may include website setup, AI receptionist setup, chatbot or lead assistant setup, workflow automation, lead capture systems, booking setup, review request systems, dashboards, POS-style workflow dashboards, POD merch and swag setup, AI office assistant templates, staff training, SOPs, and monthly support. Final pricing depends on pages, automations, dashboards, users, integrations, tools, and support needs.

Payments and Refunds

Setup fees cover planning, configuration, setup, implementation, and testing work. Monthly support fees cover ongoing maintenance, updates, monitoring, small changes, reporting, and support. Setup fees may be non-refundable once work has started. Third-party software fees, domain fees, email fees, subscription fees, payment processing fees, and app fees are separate unless specifically included in writing.

AI Disclaimer

AI tools may help draft replies, summarize information, answer common questions, support workflows, create content, and assist with admin tasks. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Clients and staff should review AI-generated content before using it for important business decisions, legal, financial, medical, or tax matters. AI systems should support people, not fully replace human judgment.

POS and Payment Disclaimer

POS-style workflow systems from LocalFlow Systems are designed to help track orders, jobs, services, inventory, customer notes, tasks, and reports. These systems are not a replacement for certified payment processing, tax systems, accounting systems, or receipt printers unless separately scoped and connected through appropriate providers. Payment processing and financial integrations may require third-party tools such as Square, Stripe, Shopify, or Lightspeed.
